Erecting a building may be enough to create a place, but that’s not the same thing as creating a sense of place. Buyers and renters alike are increasingly aware of not just the bricks and mortar, but all the details that comprise the surrounding environment in which they live.

The S*Park development in downtown Denver serves as a case study in how to integrate architecture, graphic design, and sustainable building practices to create a distinct sense of place that appeals to even the most selective residents. Want to see the future of urban development? Join us for this comprehensive panel discussion featuring experts in the field of architecture, real estate, graphic design, community development, brand identity, and design thinking. It’s the best possible use of your time on a Monday morning.

In this session, you will:
● Learn about the critical distinction between creating a place versus creating a sense of place.
● Understand the role that communal identity plays in creating a vibrant home environment.
● Hear well-rounded perspective from a respected architect, real estate and development experts, and one of the top creative minds in Denver’s graphic design community.
