Biography
Prior to joining Thurston Kitchen + Bath in 1990, Sylvester was the proprietor of a cabinet shop, having honed his many skills in mill work and the construction trades as a project manager, job superintendent, and general contractor. Combining this experience and his fine arts studies at the University of Colorado, Scott brings a well-rounded approach to kitchen and bath design.
He brings a holistic approach to his work, thoroughly getting to know a client’s habits, tastes, and desires during the design phase to deliver the most effective and pleasing space possible. He believes that all details within a space merit consideration—this can include paint colors, floor treatments, lighting, artwork on display, and more.
