Biography
Michael Noda, the architect for all three of Koelbel’s product offerings at Boulevard One in Lowry, has been a partner with NEOstudio for six years. Prior to NEOstudio, Michael was a Principal with notable Oz Architects in Denver for over 28 years. Michael received his degree from the University of Colorado, earning a Bachelor’s in both Environmental Design and Architecture.
NEOstudio is broadly experienced in Single Family Residential, Multi-Family, Mixed Use and Urban Infill development, and committed to providing thoughtful and custom/contextual solutions well-matched to the local community and neighborhood. The NEO team was energized to be a part of the Boulevard One neighborhood, and felt they were uniquely qualified to produce an outstanding mix of urban homes at Boulevard One.
The NEO Studio portfolio specializes in modern architecture yet is diversified in scope – from commercial to retail to mixed use to a variety of residential projects including custom single-family homes to a multitude of attached townhome projects.
