Mark Hopwood

Mark started his career in consumer electronics and home appliances at the ripe age of 18 – just a couple of years ago. He has always gravitated to innovative technologies and has been front and center introducing new technologies throughout his career. Prior to moving back to Denver, he was the VP of Sales and Operations for an employee owned company that was one of the first companies to be authorized to market and sell Sony, Panasonic and Apple products online and was one of 10 companies to launch the first iPad nationally in 2010 – hard to believe iPad’s have only been on the market 7 years. This platform was the precursor to many integration technologies that we use today, some of which we are starting to experience in our kitchens. Amazon Alexa and Google Home are being integrated into all phases of our lives, including control of our kitchen appliances, lighting control, HVAC (Nest) and home security. Remember the Jetson’s? The future is here today.
