Emily Silverman is working with cities across the United States to improve the lives of their residents through making their cities smarter through innovation and technology at Parsons Corporation. She leads projects in the built environment around data flow, transformation, aggregation and visualization; advanced mobility; connected vehicles; bridging the digital divide and community engagement. Ms. Silverman has expertise in human-centered design, user-story development, project planning and deployment, metrics development and evaluation and developing collaboration between stakeholders.
Ms. Silverman graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a Master of Urban Planning in 2010. Previously, she developed and deployed Denver’s Smart City Program.
