Biography
As BBCP’s CEO and founder, Chad is involved in all areas of the company. On top of overall management of the firm, he assesses new opportunities, is responsible for new and existing capital relationships and manages the firm’s strategic business initiatives. Chad founded BBCP in 2011 to focus on investment and development opportunities in commercial real estate.
BBCP currently owns or is developing multifamily, resort, and commercial real estate properties throughout Colorado as well as in Florida, Connecticut, and Turks & Caicos totaling in excess of $800 million.
Chad has 20+ years of experience in the real estate industry including personally transacting over $1 billion in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions on behalf of his clients, and overseeing 350 commercial real estate brokers as the Senior Managing Director of CBRE’s National Private Capital Group (“PCG”).
Honors include NAIOP’s 2016 Trailblazer of the Year, twice awarded NAIOP’s Innovative Development of the Year, consistently being named a top 10 producer at CBRE in Colorado, CBRE’s national “PCG Team of the Year”, and CBRE’s national “PCG Broker of the Year”.
Chad is an active member of NAIOP, ULI, Tiger 21, Colorado Concern, Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation’s Executive Committee, and a real estate advisor to the President of the University of Colorado’s four statewide campuses. Chad received a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from the University of Colorado Boulder – Leeds School of Business.
