Biography

Brian Levitt is the co-founder and president of NAVA Real Estate Development, a Colorado-based real estate investment and development firm that is focused on improving specific demographic communities and ROI through placemaking, project execution, sustainability and wellness.

Brian started NAVA with Trevor Hines in 2013 to set a new standard for social stewardship in real estate by delivering and developing sustainably designed and high-performing properties. He has developed and delivered projects in and around the Denver metro area for more than 20 years, managing over 4.5 million square feet of new commercial and residential construction and consulting on over $2 billion of real estate for clients.

Outside of the office, Brian is an active leader in the community, serving several local organizations, including Urban Land Institute, the United State Green Building Council, the University of Colorado, theUniversity of Denver, Focus Points Family Resource Center, Senior Hub and Habitat for Humanity.

Brian has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Colorado and a master’s degree in real estate and construction management from the University of Denver.
