Biography

Adam Fenton serves as Vice President of Development for BMC Investments.  He is responsible for the day to day oversight of BMC’s development activities including site acquisition, financing, design and close out of projects. Prior to joining BMC, Mr. Fenton was with Holland Partner Group for more than four years, Mr. Fenton oversaw the acquisition, design, financing and construction of several mixed-use and multifamily developments in Denver including Platform at Union Station and Union Denver. He was also instrumental in bringing Whole Foods to downtown Denver for their new flagship store within the Union Station neighborhood. Prior to his time at Holland, Mr. Fenton managed a portfolio of more than 5.5 million square feet of office, apartment, industrial and retail properties all located in the western United States as an Asset Manager for Principal Global Investors. Mr. Fenton received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa and has chaired multiple leadership committees for Denver Urban Land Institute.
