How does a movement in the arts and culture come to be? How do these disparate individuals create works with common vision and intention within a small periods of time? The phenomenon is referred to as Zeitgeist.

Described by philosophers and artists as the spirit of an era, Zeitgeist reveals an unusual connection of human sensibility across the globe. Tres Birds Workshop Principal Architect and Founder Michael Moore presents an exploration of Zeitgeist, from its whisperings in contemporary fine art to its influence on the future of successful design and development.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Mike Moore is an artist who has chosen architecture as his primary medium, founding tres birds workshop in 2000. His career began at the University of California at Berkeley, where he studied Environmental Biology and Fine Art. With a desire to merge both ecological systems science and modern design principles, he earned a master’s degree in Architecture at the University of Colorado at Denver.
