Designing with Front Range Native Plants Presented by Colorado State University
The Front Range of Colorado provides ample opportunity to design landscapes with native plants that can handle our varied soils, low amounts of natural precipitation and often unpredictable weather patterns. People think that if they take the plunge into the native plant world it’s all or nothing. Not so. You can incorporate natives into your existing plant palettes with ease and they will prove to be an excellent addition to your landscape design. We will be highlighting some of the best native plants to try out in your landscape and we’ll provide example landscape designs and cover their growing requirements along with fun plant combinations.
