Technology in the architectural and construction industry is constantly changing. Firms such as Studio NYL out of Boulder and New Hudson Facades out of New York City are utilizing parametric design and other state-of-the-art software to analyze and optimize building designs. This is done to respond not only to a building’s surrounding environmental forces, but to create forward-thinking design solutions for even the most structurally-acrobatic, futuristic building forms. Designers from both firms will present their cutting-edge work as it relates to the utilization and demonstration of new technologies in on-going projects in Colorado and nationally.
