In 2011 I traded coat and tie for jeans and a torch. Since, I have fabricated jewelry, chimes, living space tables and sculpture.
My focus is now sculpture. I explore movement and interaction. Movement defines a path and interaction alters paths. Some pieces can be viewed as “being” paths that have come together and changed or are about to come together. As these are only segments in time, the art participant can also consider what has come before and what is to follow.
I find creature/beings in many shapes. In exploring these previously unknown beings, I ask art viewers to consider the possibility of sentient capabilities and value in those who may not be just like us.
