Event Application

Denver Design Week is a week-long celebration of our region’s most innovative design – With a focus on elevating the creative industry, we want to strengthen the foundation of our creative community and elevate the profound idea that unites us all—good design.

We’re looking for the best programming in Colorado and we’d love to hear what you have to offer.  Support our design community by submitting your concepts for smaller tours of studios, showrooms, hard hat construction projects, workshops, galleries, artist spaces, and unique homes as well video keynotes and panel presentations. Apply below!

WHAT YOU GET

You are making an investment to become part of Denver Design Week and we want you to get the most out of the experience.  Every event is given a dedicated page on our website and will include a detailed description of your event, image, dates, times, link, and company information.

  • Events can be browsed by day, discipline, and format.
  • Each month, we send out an email bulletin to 7,000+ subscribers with information about forthcoming design events from our partners.
  • We regularly mention partners across our social media platforms – Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
  • We manage the tickets to your event through our website.
  • Day-of check-in assistance at your event
  • Throughout the year, a dedicated member of the Denver Design Week team is available to answer any of your questions and give advice to all partners.
  • Our PR efforts buoy all events and feature specific listings that have strong marketing content.
  • Partners will receive Denver Design Week electronic materials to help promote the week.  Event specific materials will be your responsibility.

Program Host Sponsors – $300 – $1,000:

As one of the Program Host Sponsors, you will exhibit your thought leadership while you host an in-person tour, a presentation or a panel discussion at your location.

  • All in-person outdoor tours will be limited to 25 people (You can host multiple tours to reach more people at no additional cost. For example, if you are hosting a tour of a construction site, you can run 3 tours for the total price of $1,000).
  • All in-person indoor presentations or panel discussions will be limited to 50 people or fewer, depending on the size of your space and ability to accommodate any government COVD restrictions in place.
  • Or you can pre-tape a video presentation that will debut during Denver Design Week on our website and you can use for marketing after DDW ends.

What you receive for your sponsorship:

  • Dedicated page for your event on the Denver Design Week website.
  • Denver Design Week staff or volunteers for check-in at your in-person event.
  • Logo placement on the Denver Design Week Sponsor page on the website.
  • Logo placement on all marketing materials.
  • Logo placement in the full-page ad in the Fall and Winter issues of Modern In Denver.
  • At least 1 social media mention on the Denver Design Week Facebook, Instagram or Twitter channels.
  • The opportunity to provide a branded item or promotion in a swag bag.
  • 50% discount on tickets or all-access passes for any events.
  • Year-round sponsor recognition with your logo on the Denver Design Week website.

Program Sponsor fees are based on the type of your event and the size of your organization:

  • Live event: $1,000 registration fee
  • Live event for a nonprofit or a company with less than 10 employees: $500 registration fee
  • Pre-taped video: $300 registration fee

Applications for events are due by July 15.
