As Senior Director, Business Development, for OfficeScapes Frank Harney is focused on building awareness of the OfficeScapes brand in the marketplace and identifying new business opportunities through an ever-expanding professional network. Frank also plays a part in managing and coaching the New Business Development Sales Team in new lead development, strategy and management plan execution. He is actively prospecting for new clients by networking, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. You will often find him attending industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends to the sales team. Frank uses this knowledge of the market and competitors, to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Frank joined OfficeScapes in the Spring of 2017 as Senior Director, Business Development. He brings with him 20+ years of industry experience that include Principal of IE Connect, management and sales positions at Herman Miller, Daltile, Medallion Flooring and Milliken. In addition, Frank has also managed and owned 2 successful businesses that he started from ground up. Through Frank’s experience in sales, he has learned that long-lasting relationships with his clients are the most important asset to a company.
